Agnes I. Wager Realty became the first real estate office own solely by a women broker in Dutchess County NY. Agnes (Aggie) Wager opened Agnes I. Wager Realty in 1957. I have warm memories of playing on her office floor and listening to the bustling office around me. In 1995 I earn my first Real Estate License in WA State. Shortly after I moved back to the Hudson Valley and within a year obtained my Brokers license. In 1999, I incorporated Agnes I. Wager Realty and have continued running the company to this present day! In my Real Estate Career, I have focused on helping people get into their first home and then continue to help over the years as they successfully move up the Real Estate ladder. I thoroughly enjoy helping people achieve their dreams. In addition to selling Real Estate, I was president of an appraisal company called The Appraisal Source. During the late 90’s- early 2000’s I took a break to be a Loan officer for American Home mortgage and later Guaranteed Home Mortgage. Through my endeavors, I have a well-rounded multidisciplinary background and can smoothly navigate through the ins and outs of the entire Real Estate Transaction. What do I do for fun??? In addition to being a Mom of 5 boys and recently a Grandma, I volunteer for multiple animal shelters. I am a singer with my husband in a rock band and above all else, I am crazy about horses!!!!!!! As a listing or buyer’s agent, I will work to make your Real Estate experience as positive and stress-free as possible. I look forward to meeting you!
I have lived in Marlboro all my life. Some of my favorite things about living in the Hudson Valley are the many colors of the fall, apple picking, and enjoying the views of the beautiful Hudson River. Since I was a child, I knew I wanted a career where I could make a difference and help people in some type of way. In the past, I have donated my time to the Town of Marlboro assisting with holiday events such as a large toy drive, food drive, and Easter egg hunts. I have been involved with the Town of Marlboro toy drive, food drive, and Easter events for over 10 years. Due to my undeniable love for children, I have also been a nanny/childcare provider for 10 years. This has been my primary job and I have enjoyed it more than words could describe, however, I feel it is time to move on and start a new chapter in my life. I chose to become a real estate agent because I saw the opportunity to continuously help people with a large life-changing decision! Purchasing a new home is exciting and a new beginning for many families. I simply wanted to be a part of this process and help in any way that I can! I am eager, dedicated, and detail-oriented, most of all I am looking forward to finding you the home of your dreams!
